If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your nappy products, you are within your rights to return the goods. We ask that goods are returned within 2 weeks of purchase. They must be returned unwashed, and unused. Exchanging goods is at the customers wishes and p&p must be paid for by the customer. p&p will also be charged on the new goods sent out, like a new order process. Faulty items are required to be returned within 2 weeks of purchase for a refund or exchange. P&P will not be refunded on any orders. |
